Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to provide our customers with the best possible online shopping experience, which includes fast and reliable shipping.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, but may take up to 3-5 business days during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Rates We offer flat-rate shipping to all U.S. addresses. Shipping rates vary depending on the size and weight of the items in your order, as well as the shipping destination. The shipping rate will be calculated at checkout and added to your total order cost.

International Shipping At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Carriers We primarily use USPS and FedEx for shipping, depending on the size and weight of the items in your order.

Shipping Times Shipping times vary depending on the shipping destination and the shipping carrier used. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders. Express shipping is also available at an additional cost and typically takes 1-2 business days for domestic orders.

Return Policy

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from CaffeOl Coffee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the coffee bags must not be opened and must be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@caffeolcoffee.com to request a return authorization.

Once your return has been authorized, please securely package the unopened coffee bags, and include a copy of your original receipt. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase, minus any shipping costs. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item was received damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately at asles@caffeolcoffee.com. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will cover the return shipping costs. Once we receive the damaged or defective item, we will issue a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.
